How do I get from the ferry pier to the resort?
Ferries arrive at Mae Haad Pier. Pickup from the pier to Dusit Buncha Resort is included in your stay. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange pickup.

What is the easiest way to get to the resort from Bangkok or Phuket?
From Bangkok:
- Fly to Koh Samui and take a ferry to Koh Tao
- Fly to Chumphon, then take a high-speed ferry
- Travel by bus or train to Chumphon, then ferry
From Phuket: Travel via Surat Thani or Chumphon for a ferry connection.
Reception can help with booking combined transfers.

Late check-out may be available upon request. We offer complimentary luggage storage.
Is the resort suitable for guests with mobility issues?
Dusit Buncha by Riya is located on steep, hilly terrain with many stairs and slopes. It may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Can I bring pets to the resort?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Is Wi-Fi available at the resort?
Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the resort. Please note that since Koh Tao is an island, the internet connection can occasionally be slow or unstable, especially during bad weather or peak usage times.
Location & activities
How far is Sairee Beach from the resort?
Sairee Beach is about 5 minutes by taxi or scooter, or 25 minutes on foot. Our staff can assist with transport.
Can I snorkel at the resort?
Yes, you can snorkel directly from the shoreline. The water is clear with coral and marine life, including occasional blacktip reef sharks.
Can I book activities and tours through the hotel?
Yes. Contact our recreational manager at reception to book diving, snorkelling, island tours, and more.
Is there taxi service on the island?
Yes. We offer land taxi service and taxi boats to Nang Yuan Island directly from our private pier. Ask reception for rates and bookings.

Do I need a power adaptor?
Thailand uses 220V electricity. Adaptors are available at reception.
Is there a gym at the resort?
Yes. The gym is located just below the breakfast area and is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00.

Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. Our two pools, overlooking the sea, are open daily from 08:00 to 20:00.
Do you offer massage or spa treatments?
Spa treatments and massages are available daily from 09:00 to 20:00 by the main pool area.
Reservations & policies
How does payment work?
A prepayment of the total reservation amount will be charged once your booking is confirmed.
Can I modify my reservation?
To modify your reservation, please inform the property by email at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any rate differences or additional charges may apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel your reservation, please notify the property by email at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival. Failure to do so will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
What happens if I don’t show up?
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
